Came on my period it was light lasted a day wasn't even enough blood to come close to filling a tampon. I have pains in the bottom of my tummy and today when I wiped I got a yellow and clear discharge helpppppppp!

Did you have unprotected sex? If yes- then yes you could be pregnant.

"Pulling out" accomplishes nothing. Why even do that?

The discharge could be a symptom of pregnancy, or could just be normal 'mucus' produced by your body. Unfortunately it could also be a symptom of an STD. It's hard to say without a physical exam.
As for "pulling out" like wondergirl said that is NEVER an effective method of birth control because there is sperm in most male sexual fluids though it may be in smaller amounts.

Yes, pulling out does not do much, sperm in early fluids, so you are having sex with no protection, of course you could be pregnant
