I am 32 yrs married from kerala. I had a premature delivery by which my baby died. After my postpartum I had a regular check up and scan. And everything was normal. Except in my left ovary I had a follicular cyst of 38*22mm. But my doctor said everything is normal. Now I am 65 days after the delivery till I didn't get my period. How soon will I get my menses again. 10 days before I had a little blood spots. Is these blood spots an indication of my mensural cycle? I want a answer soon, thank you.
