What can be wrong my nose is stopped up my chest hurt I'm wheezing I'm dizzy I have lump in my right arm and my nipples burn when I cough

Where in the world do you live? There was a flu going around where I live that was like this, extra pain in the chest when coughing, except for a lump in the right arm. Where in the arm and what kind of lump would need more detail. In the armpit it might be a swollen lymph node.

It's in my right arm in the middle of my wrist & elbow and I live in New York.

You need to see a doctor.
