On last 3rd 2012, I took $300 from my work but on camera they only accounted for $200 taken... It had been almost a year now and on Monday March 18th I received a summons for king county district court... This is my first ever criminal offense besides traffic violations... What are my chances of avoiding jail time and keeping it off record?
