Can I keep my green card after divorce?
I have been married to an American for 5years and I have just received my 10 years green card. Unfortunatelly, me and my husband argue all the time and it came to the point that I had to move out . Will I be able to keep my green card if we file for divorce ?

Yes, you keep your green card, as long as your marriage was bona fide.

Even if you divorce while on conditional green card, you can still keep the green card, as long as your marriage was bona fide. Since you have a non-conditional green card, it's even less of a problem.

Yes, divorce will not jeopardize your legal status.

    Sorry it doesn't work out...
