I try to let her know I like her and I would be happy if she can let me be her best friend, But all she keep saying was she don't need one and she keep talking to me and also she keep answering all the questions am asking her. Please what can I do to get her.. I really love her.

You leave her alone. Little is worse than a guy who does not understand the word No!

If you've already told her how you feel and she's said no, there's not much more you can do! Maybe stop talking to her for a while? She may realise she misses you and will bring her closer to you? That's the only suggestion I can think of?

If she knows you like her then I guess no will mean no but if she doesn't know she may just think you're a goid friend to talk to and may not have even considered you more then that but if you tell her she may be curious to find that she could fall for you if you already have a lot in common.
