And so my question is, how long should I wait before taking another urine test or could this be some seriously buggy PRE P.M.S.

Wishful thinking feeling like laying on a tennis ball, the fetus is extremely malleable early on, so you wouldn't feel it inside you even trying too. Pre mens are very similar to pregnancy symptoms, so I would wait another 3 or 4 weeks before testing with your first morning urine.
