My ex taking my daughter out of state without my permission!! Help!
My ex is planning to take my daughter out of state to meet her online lover on Tuesday. I am the father and I don't want her to go because I have concerns over my daughter safety. She plans on marrying this guy that she met online, and I haven't met him, and her own family have not met him either. They have been strictly online dating. She only plans on leaving for a few days, taking my daughter out of school, and violating my parenting time. Is there anything I can do to stop her?

The key here is "violating my parenting time". If she does, then she will be in contempt of court.

But frankly, there is little you can do about this to prevent it unless the custody order prohibits her from taking the child out of state. You can go back to the court and try to get a court order preventing it. But I don't see it being granted.

I just don't see enough reasons to justify stopping her.
