Because there are no two women who have the same signs. If you are just first testing positive and maybe 4 to 6 week pregnant, there are no signs, at this point, expect missing a period.

It sounds like you are trying to worry for no reason

What makes you think all women get dark around their nipples?
Why would you think an embryo the size of a tiny berry will show signs of being alive?
