Each time I try to unistall my Norton antivirus protection on my laptop, the program seems to be stuck. Not sure if the fact that I am putting new software on my laptop because the Norton has expired has accrued a lot of issues within Norton that's making it take a long time to unistall.

You must have admin rights to remove anti-virus programs.
