    I am almost 15 and I am 230lb I have tried so many things to try to lose weight. I am on a soccer team and we practice about 2 hr 5 days a week I do not eat supper healthy but I eat fairly healthy but I only gain about 15lb a year and can not seam to lose any. What can I do

    Don't start two threads on the same issue. Ask your parents to take you to your doctor if you feel you are overweight. Your doctor can give you a nutritional plan to follow if you do need to lose weight.

    www.thecaloriecounter.com; is a great site which gives calories for all foods.
    Write down what you eat/drink in 1 day, 24 hrs, then to to the site, and add up all the calories you have taken in. An average person needs only 2000 cals. To neither gain nor lose weight. I'll bet you are eating much more than 2000. If you will cut back to 2000, you will lose weight. I do wish you the best, and good luck.
