I have tried moisturizers like Eucerin Professional Repair for extremely dry skin and Vaseline Aloe Vera Lotion, but my skin is still SO dry and they make my skin breakout a bit... Do you have any suggestions for products that are inexpensive but effective? I am even willing to use home remedies.

You have combination skin. Drink lot of water 8-10 glass per day. Drink lemon honey and lukewarm water drink early morning empty stomach. Apply fullers earth in rose water around nose. And for dry skin cheeks apply home made almond paste and if possible coconut oil . Include yoghurt in food.
