    Sperm leakage
Hi! me and my husband had sex he ejaculate inside me but when he pulls out his penis fluid drips out.I wanted to conceive what should I do?? Is this a normal thing? Actually I never had a penetrative sex yet so can I get pregnant through this?? What would you suggest?? Me and my husband went through all the tests and ultrasounds and the reports are normal

'never had a penetrative sex yet' - what does that mean? Do you mean not before now?
It's typical for some semen to drip as the man pulls out, and it doesn't cut down on the chances of pregnancy. Don't worry about that part. Nature gave most men millions of sperm. If your husband's sperm are 'motile' - wiggling as they speed towards an egg, then there's lots of sperm that can be lost, including dripped out of you when you stand up.

You can get pregnant the first time you have sex, but the highest probability is actually somewhere between 3 months to a year, with plenty before that and plenty after that - that's just the most.
Fertility isn't something you should worry about until after about 3 years, unless you want to spend a lot of money on tests on both of you.
