It's typical for some semen to drip as the man pulls out, and it doesn't cut down on the chances of pregnancy. Don't worry about that part. Nature gave most men millions of sperm. If your husband's sperm are 'motile' - wiggling as they speed towards an egg, then there's lots of sperm that can be lost, including dripped out of you when you stand up.
You can get pregnant the first time you have sex, but the highest probability is actually somewhere between 3 months to a year, with plenty before that and plenty after that - that's just the most.
Fertility isn't something you should worry about til after about 3 years, unless you want to spend a lot of money on tests on both of you.
