Ok I'm two weeks pregnant my line haven't appeared why is that?

If you expect a line to appear... you are likely going to be waiting a very long time...

A few women get a line right up from her cooter to her boobs up the center of their abdomen... I guess that's supposed to be for the obstetrician to know where to go to find the baby or something.

LOL! The line on the belly, that happens a lot later in pregnancy. Many many many many months into pregnancy.

I'm still wondering what line the OP is talking about. A positive pregnancy test? Is that what she's talking about? If she hasn't gotten a positive "line" then I have to ask, how does she know she's 2 weeks pregnant?
