My brother-in-law was petitioned through a brother to brother category. They paid they visa fee back in March 2012 but until now they haven't been called for interview and his son is turning 21 years old next month. We called National Visa Center and they said that is no visa avialable. What should we do? Thanks.

Ask them if it was turned down or rejected... just because you apply and pay a fee doesn't mean it WILL be issued.

First step is find out why they didn't issue it...

This is for F4 category which takes much longer time. Petitioner should be notified if the case is accepted with case number. They have to wait until visa number is available which could be between 10-12 years.
