    Sponsor Canadian immigrant
My husband want to sponsor the mother of his children who is here in Canada illegal and have no ID or status in Canada. Can he do that if we are still married and living together? What can I do to stop him from doing it?

No he cannot sponsor an illegal immigrant. If he was still married to her, then there is a possibility. I am assuming they are divorced? She will be deported and not allowed entry again for three to ten years.
