Hello and welcome to the site.

What kind of exercises are you doing. What is your daily food intake.

I'm doing some exercises like - lifting my leg to top, sit ups, leaning up and down, bending my half body and coming back.

I'm taking rice, vegetables and hot drinks (coffee & bournvita).

    Thanks for your kind reply.

I'm looking forward to get a nice tip.

    Thanks.

Not too much rice, not too much bread, not too much pasta.

Vegetables are good, do not cook them too much takes the vitamins out. Eat them raw as much as you can.

    Lots of fruit.

Drink water. 8 to 10 or more a day. Do not drink too much at once. Do not drink it too fast. There were water drinking contests to see who can drink the most. A mother ended up dying because of overloading her system with water, it was a radio contest.

Water will keep you full plus you will not eat as much.

Not too much juice. Juice has lots of suger in it.

I would say cut out the coffee. I do not know what a bournvita is?

How many situps and do not do your situps all the way up. You want to work the lower stomach muscles. How many situps do you do and how often.

Walk more. Walk up the steps instead of an elevator. More walking.

    Good luck.

I do sit ups 20 times a day in the morning time. Is it good to do this kind of exercise? I could cut down taking coffee gradually. Thanks for your kind suggestion. You said walking is the good exercise. Is it good to walk 1 kilo meter a day? Looking forward to get your suggestion.
