I noticed a day or two ago I had a pimple almost on the surface of my vagina I popped it and pus came out, I left it alone and its still almost there and now I am noticing I have another bump on the lip of my vagina. It feels swollen almost I'm so worried that this could be something bad.

We really have no way of diagnosing on the internet. This could be many things. It could be a mere pimple, it could be an ingrown hair, it could be an STD, and so much more.

You'll really need to see a doctor about this. Please, don't pop it yourself. When you pop it it's an open wound, and an open wound is open to infection. It's best to let your doctor handle this.
