In the state of Colorado if you do a hit and run without injury do you do jail or prison time in the end?

Guess it's going to depend on what the judge wants to do.

There's a difference between hit and run when you knock off somebody's mirror, and there's hit and run when totaled several cars, lied to the cops and hit your car.

One might be a fine, and the other might be prison.
