I noticed he had chewed off a pieace of plastic from a comb a I had taken from him and now he has vomiting is slightly shivering I am going to take him to the vet in the morning what can I do to comfort him

Try putting your hand inside its throat some times it ll be stuck there itself.make it drink water or milk any form of liquid

This is terrible advice! You cannot just stick a hand in a puppy's throat.

The best advice is to the vet immediately and I hope the OP comes back to let us know how her puppy is!
