Just bought used, ran fine into I backed off trailer and was leaking bunch of gas from carb area. After wiping down it stopped. Seemed to run OK, and no more gas leak, but now has fluctuating rpm,at idle and full throttle.. seems to smooth out when its warmed up.. thanks.

Fluctuations are generally caused by lean running conditions associated with dirt in the low speed circuit of the carb. Without knowing the model number of the machine or the engine, I can say little else. Since it goes away warm, it is not severe and will possibly clear itself up.
