Subject was reported to have drank 18 beer (possibly a few less but am going on the word of a very reliable colleague) 6 days prior to ETG testing. What are the chances this employee would have ETG/ETS present in provided urine sample? *Ruling out sample contamination, strictly on the alcohol consumed by this individual.

Any answers would be helpful as I am his employer and would greatly appreciate the ability to dismiss said individual.

Unless he slips up again a day or two before the test, it's unlikely that he'll fail 6 days after this drinking binge.

Sorry, he'll have to be tested sooner if you want to dismiss him for alcohol consumption.
