He has the right to, so yes, but why does it matter, You did a drug program, never tested bad ?
Does that mean you are not using, or that you time the system and still use ? Not testing positive and not using are two different things?
Why are you worried if you don't use.
Hello Padre:
Because, like any red blooded American, he wants to smoke a joint. The FACT of the matter is, he NEVER should have been prosecuted for pot in the first place.. What the state did to him IS the crime - NOT the other way around.Quote:

Now, I don't know if it was pot or not, but it doesn't make any difference. THIS man is the victim here.

I'm a "red blooded American" and I don't want to smoke a joint. I've been over that for about 8 years now.Quote:

The OP doesn't mention pot, but drugs. We don't know what drugs he or she has a history of.
If the OP is on probation for "drugs," then the PO has the right to test for "drugs" if the terms of the probation require the OP to refrain from such activity.
Hello again, J:
You're right. He CAN be tested and probably will be.
I just wanted to go on my rant. I KNOW you don't smoke now, but you CAN'T believe that people's lives should be RUINED because they got caught with a joint. Would you be a nurse with a pot conviction on your record??
