Supposed to? No. Every person is different, there is not list of symptoms (other than a missed period) that you're "supposed" to feel. Are these symptoms possible during pregnancy? Yes.

I need all types ofpregnancey pain

Why do you need all types of pregnancy pain? Pain is not fun to have, why would you want it, least of all "need" it? Also, there really isn't pain during pregnancy. Discomfort yes, but pain, not really until delivery unless something is wrong.
