    Pa roommate laws
Me and my roommate are both on the lease however he has never paid a dime toward bills and I want him to move. He says he will move when he is ready to. I want him out now. What should I do??

Talk to your landlord... because legally you aren't in a position to evict him because his name is also on the lease.

Your landord however IS... however keep in mind... the landlord expects the rent... and as long as they get it.. they are happy... try to frame it in a manner that appears to benefit them.

You also can sue your roommate in Small claims court NOW for their share of the rent and their share of the utilities.

Since both are signed on the lease, then you can't evict him. So you do need to talk to the landlord.

However, what you CAN do, is sue him for his share of the rent and utilities.
