Today, my girlfriend broke up with me(I'm in 9th grade) because she's been depressed for a while now, well she told me that she still likes me a lot and that it was her not me I've been depressed since then. She hurt me so much and I don't know if I want to see her again but I don't want to be mean what should I do?

You two need time and space apart before you can even think of being friends again.

Be busy with schoolwork and any activities you are involved in. Hang out with your friends and have fun with them. Don't hang out with her or text her or let her keep you around "to be friends." That never works. Do as much No Contact as possible.
