I woke up this morning with very faint blue veins on my nipples ? I usually see them just on my breast. I've never seen them like this before. What could it be ?

I'm so freaked out. I have faint blue veins on my areola and I've never had them before. Usually I just see them on my breasts. But I woke up this morning with them on my areola. Someone please tell me possibilities??
