In 2011, Fifth Third Bank gave me a Mortgage Release of Liability when I gave my portion through Quit Clain Deed. Yes, I am very lucky. It was for a residence in OHIO.

Question, Where are the Release of Liability recorded? I have a copy of the actual notorized form, but need to verify that its correctly recorded.
