    Hi Team

    I traveled to US for the first time in Nov 2012. My W2 states that I have a Federal tax withheld, Social tax with held and Medicare tax with held(this is only for Dec income). I have also paid around 400 $ in State tax. Can you please let me know which form to use and whether I would be entitled to get a full federal return ?
