Again I'm no expert, having dealt with the lack of pay from my twins dad. They went to Arkansas to get him, granted. I got him for criminal non support- which is a felony charge. Has to go before grand jury to get felony warrant. If you go with out paying your child's support, this is a possible outcome. And yes warrant follows you till they catch up to you. My kids dad now has felony record and is on many years of probation. Again, I'm not an expert. Good luck, and think of the kids needs please.Quote:

Yes a warrant issued in one state is valid in all states and the warrant will show up on the National Data Base ( NCIC) so if you are stopped for traffic or license check, they will stop you and see if the state with the warrant is willing to pay to have you brought back
And if and as you owe more and more ( if you are still not paying) that amount will grow to a level where it is a felony in your state ( if it is not already, don't know the limits there) Then they will most likely be more willing not only to bring you back, but they may look for you harder.
