I have a problem maybe someone could help me out.When I try to burn a video the transfer process complet's no problem, then when it goe's to the burn process erro message pop's up a general erro has ocured, I have no trouble burning a C.D. I have instaled a new burner still no l;uck, I have called Real player numerous times with no fix available, please advise, Best Regards Carl

What kind of DVDs are you trying to burn? Are they copyrighted videos or ones you made yourself?

No they are from you tube and home video's
,Im able to down them,and used to be able to burn them, I use dvd+ disc's I have spent hours on the phone and go to assist I bought a new burner,didn't solve problem Please advise, Best Regards, Carl
