I took a single 5mg Percocet about two months ago (for back pain), it was unprescribed. Last week I took a hair follice drug test thinking nothing of it because I don't do drugs nor drink. It was through psychmedics. Well now I am in panic mode, would this small amount cause me to be over the cut off limit for oxycodone? Really hope I don't fail! Any help! Thank you.

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample of hair, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. That small amount of Percocet won't show up in a hair follicle drug test. Also if this was for employment purposes usually an employer won't test for Oxycontin because it is in the extended opiate hair drug test panel and they don't usually want to pay for that. But I have no way of actually knowing. I think you should pass the hair drug test.
