But now I've missed my 2months period and is indeed pregnant went to have ultrasound when I was 5weeks pregnant and there was no heartbeat. Is there a chance my baby can turn out something wrong? HELP!

They told me to be back after 2weeks. But then I wanted to wait until 10 weeks to know exactly how my baby is doing or even get a glitch on what he/she looks like inside. At this moment I still haven't told my parents yet because I'm scared. I'm still studying and 21. Also I'm still in my denial stage, I'm not prepared on being a mother and wanted to end it but I guess that's not possible in my country. And also a miscarriage has lowest percent onto happening to me. Really depressed now. Any advice?
