Hi my name I JP and my wife is a permanent resident of USA. I am in F2A category and my priority date is November 17th 2010. According to visa bulletin for March 2013, my priority date became current. But when I sent all required documents for I-485, I got it back with the rejection notice stating it's not been current yet.

Can anyone please suggest me, what should I do now? Should I hire an immigration lawyer?. Please any kind of guidance will be appreciated.

Don't think you have the right info about your priority date, you should consult immigration attorney.
