First of all I would go to the doctor for a check up some diseases/conditions can affect us mentally.
Talk to your doctor about what is going on and be open and honest. I know that can be tough at times but it is necessary to get proper diagnosis.
It could be depression as well. Your family doctor if you ask can refer you to help with that so you can learn coping skills.
