Have been trying to conceive so of recent I went to a fertility centre where I got FSH injections and later an hcg injection. Its now 1 week after and I have developed funny mild cramps in my lower abdomen and it increases in case of a bad sitting on resting

Posture. Please advise on what problem it could be. Thanks
