About four or five days ago I noticed a bump just above the shaft of my penis on my abdomen. It is about 1- 1 and 1/2 centimeters across, half a centimeter long, and feels to be about 1/2 a centimeter thick. It is very hard and when pressed on it causes some discomfort. Pressing hard causes a sharp pain. Being aroused and having the weight of the penis on it hurts sharply. I can not seem to move it. Is it anything that I should be worried about? I am twenty years old. I have never had sex unprotected or with anyone who was not a virgin.

There are many things this could be, and all of them need to be treated by a doctor. Have you seen your doctor about this? If not, it's time to make an appointment.

Side note. No form of protection is 100%, an STD is always a possibility.

I haven't seen a doctor yet. I wanted to see if anyone found it necessary.

It could be any number of things, from something innocent and easily taken care of to something that is a major problem. Your doctor, who will examine you (we can't over the Internet, and we aren't doctors), is the only one who can assess the situation and tell you what to do about it.

It could be a cyst, it could be an ingrown hair, it could be a tumor, and the list goes on. Without seeing it (do not post a picture of it here) there's no way to even give an educated guess. But, even if we saw it, all we could do is guess. Your doctor can actually tell you.

If it's an ingrown hair, it's very easy to have it removed, but it must be done by a doctor. Do not try to squeeze this, or "pop" it on your own. You can make matters even worse that way.

A trip to your doctor. I'd bet that it's something easily taken care of, but again, it could be something serious, in which case, the sooner you find out, the better off you are.
