I am having a heavy menstrual flow along with huge blood cloths and tissues. Am also feeling weak and my menstrual flow appears dark red and also brown

There's no way to know what's causing this. There are many possibilities. If you're feeling weak, then it's best to see your doctor, or go to the ER.
