    Activity at 7 months
    Hello!
This is my sixth month. In a week I will be entering in the seventh month. I want to know that for the last one month I am doing the house work on my own including dish cleaning, sweeping, moping, washing clothes.

Could you please tell me is that all safe for my baby as I wanted to indulge myself in physical activities. And one more thing I mop using my legs so is that OK and if I should mop in a sitting position so what is the right posture for that?

Physical activity is good for pregnancy. 100 years ago women had no choice without electric appliances. In moderation, and take your time. Talk to your baby while doing all of this. No you don't have to sit to mop floor, just don't tire yourself out!

You should always consult your doctor for your condition, but up till the 9th month my wife always did all of that, and would often walk about 1 or 2 miles a day.
