I have been caught stealing money out of the till rom ny employerwhich totaled up to 184 pounds I have been in trouble with police before but its been wiped clean. I have been summoned to court and I'm worried about a prison sentence what would happen to me?

You are going to need a solicitor... (same as lawyer)... you can ask them... too many factors we don't know.

Yes prison is a option and "wiped" clean does not mean that the courts are not aware of this and this will be a second offence to them
