    I would love to travel outside of the United States, but I do not want to put myself in danger! Obviously, no country is 100% safe... but I do not want to miss out on seeing beautiful scenery!!

    Take advantage of an organised group for travel if you are concerned about risks.

    What do you mean by that?

    If you are overly concerned about risks of other countries, using a company for travel packages will minimise these fears as they have already conducted extensive risk assessments. After all they wouldn't send you some where bad now would they!

    Being a Brit, nope, but there are many travel firms available.

    Where would you like to travel?

    [QUOTE=Curlyben;3413392]Being a Brit,

    So, do Brits like Americans? Is the United Kingdom a good place to travel to?

    LOL... I'm an American. As you get older you will understand it and get used to it.

    Ben has the right idea though. Also, if you want to see a beautiful place for scenery, any of the 3 that you already mentioned are great choices.

    They love Americans here in China, I get stopped all the time to have photos taken with me, and more.

    I have no fear what so ever to walk anywhere here, even at night, There are no guns and little violent crime. More likely they will try and cheat you when they sell you something.

    In fact americans are safer here than the Chinese people, since the police would be very hard on anyone that harmed a foreigner.
