My Mother claimed me on her taxes as a dependent on her 2012 taxes she has received her return already, However I worked in 2012 an I tried to file but I keep getting rejected, am I still able to file an receive my return if my mother claimed me?

Your mother claiomed you presuambly because even though you had a job she provided more than half your support in 2012. But yes, you can still file, although you must indicate on your return that you are a dependent of someone else, which precludes you from taking a personal exemption.
