My cats nose and left eye runs and he shaked his head some times

I would take the cat to a Veternary asp of course unless you do not care about the cat that much. Had a friendly stray around where I live that had similar symptoms but it was outside all the time.

It could have an infection. If you can afford it, I would take the cat to a Vet. Good luck.
