So I know this is a long shot... I heard a song on the radio at work today and it reminded me of a movie where a girl sings the song in front of other characters, and it's a really awkward scene. I really don't think it was from a comedy, I feel like it was maybe drama or independent?

Anyway, the song is a pretty popular song from the 80-90's sung by a woman. It's one of those that if it started playing you would know what it was.

So I'm pretty sure I've seen the movie in the last year or so and I think it's pretty recent. I already checked all the local radio stations to try and find the song, but I can't find it and it's driving me crazy.

If anyone has any guesses, even long shots, I would appreciate it!
