Hi, is it possible to work out a payment plan with the banks attouney after your bank account has been garnished ?This was on a second mortgage and the house was foreclosed on.

No... you had your chance to do that before they got a judgement and a writ issued against you for not paying the debt.

They have a writ and can and will take everything they are entitled to take at this point. In fact doing so woiuld not be in their best interest.

Anything is possible. But the bank has really no incentive. Of course, since they cleaned out that account, if there is still a balance, then may listen to a payment plan since you are unlikely to put money back in that account.
