Two years ago I, a US citizen married my Chinese wife, in China where I work and live. I am content at this time living in China, but I am worried about my aging parents in the US. At some point they may need our care. We recently visited them, using my wife's vistor visa. I am not sure whether to file for my wife, to immigrate or file for a green card? Can you clarify and advise?

If you want to live in China, you can't file for immigrant visa for your wife.

If you want to move back home, file I-130, approx 6-8months before you move. It takes longer for China and few other countries.
