My boyfriend has a white discharge in the head of his penis. The discharge is not consistent. He says sometimes when his underwear rubs against his head it's uncomfortable. We have been to the doctor. They swabbed him and tested for gonorrhea and UTI based on his symptoms. They also gave him a antibiotic shot. His results came back today negative for gonorrhea and UTI. However, even after the shot, he hasn't really gotten better. Still getting the white discharge in his penis head and uncomfortable when underwear rubs against his penis head. What could this be?
