Should I be worried about a small amount of blood and pus like discharge coming from my C-section wound I had on 1/31/2013. My wound is still hurting and sore and I was also told I have a hematoma between my uterus and C-section wound fairly large. I also had my tubes tied during my C-section. Is the discharge normal?

No discharge that contains blood and pus is normal. See your doctor immediately.
