This morning I felt like I had water in my ear. When I tried to clean it, there was blood on the q-tip. What does this mean?

You pushed it in too far.

You could have a pimple or water filled cyst in your ear, or any number of things. Get someone to look or go to a clinic. It probably isn't ER serious.
