My daughter lost her rights to my grandaughter I the state of Calif where I was to have visition once a week well her dad who hadn't been in her 7years of her life got coustdy and now lives in Georgia and has not let me or her little sister have any contact with her in almost 4 years I now live inarkanasas and the court order is out of Calif. Please help me I miss her so much

There's a state list on grandparents.com, but I'm afraid that you are probably out of luck being in another state. You would have to file in Georgia and might easily be denied, given what I read about Georgia.
